Audience Segment
The Dream Accelerator is a space for young audiences. The primary audience will be high school groups of sophomores and juniors but the space will feel welcoming and engaging to freshmen, seniors and early community college attendees. The space is designed to encourage both collaborative inquiry as well as individual reflection, regardless of the students’ level of career readiness.
Welcome Orientation
This multi-functional area will serve as a gathering space and a place of inspiration and affirmation for visitors. Inspire visitors to be excited about the legacy of entrepreneurship in Colorado and their role in continuing that legacy through their own futures. To prime visitors to dream big about their future careers and feel empowered in their decision making Visitors will receive their tablet and get their assigned group. Wayfinding will begin following the introduction film to orient visitors to the space.

Entrepreneurial Mindset
Educate students on the key attributes of the entrepreneurial spirit:

After watching a short intro video filmed by a young entrepreneur from Colorado, students engage in a guided exercise taking them through the steps of starting a business and engaging them in the tough decisions they need to make along the way.
Reality Check
This section helps students understand the costs that are associated with their anticipated adult lifestyle. On a touchscreen, students will manipulate a series of lifestyle factors and expense categories (e.g. family structure, living arrangements, healthcare costs, savings, etc.) to come up with a cost of living expense number that frames their future planning.
Visualization
An illustrated mural will engage visitors to consider their future goals and greatest hopes. Using the tablet app, visitors will respond to questions proposed in the illustrated mural.

Overarching concept, Brainstorm, research, initial sketches, concept design development, 3D visualization, specification documentation, client presentation ,all along with larger team members on the project.
Overarching Design Process
Colorado Business Hall of Fame Laureates
Visitors will discover how the careers of laureates from the Colorado Business Hall of Fame match their own career interests. Students can pair up or take turns at the four touchscreens to browse filtering by various categories, such as “career cluster”, industry and location.
Picture Your Strengths
Visitors will gain perspective on how their personal qualities, strengths and aspirations can provide the foundation for passion-driven careers. At touchscreen stations students explore a set of words and images, selecting the ones that represent their own personal qualities, strengths and aspirations. The student’s selections are then combined visually to create a personalized collage.
